Carers Bucks is an independent charity which supports the wellbeing of unpaid family carers living in Buckinghamshire.
A Carer is someone who provides unpaid care or support to a family member, friend or neighbour who is ill, frail or has a disability, and who could not manage without their help.
There are over 49,500 unpaid carers living in Buckinghamshire and three in five people will become a carer at some point in their lives.
Carers Bucks supports carers of all ages living in Buckinghamshire from 6 – 96 years old by providing:
Over the past year we have launched a number of new services to help carers including a Carers Hub at Stoke Mandeville hospital, enabling us to reach out to more carers across the County.
All funds generously raised for Carers Bucks go directly towards helping improve the lives of adult and young carers living in Buckinghamshire.
